Model Platform Update

Model platform (vivsetup.exe) has been updated. GIS data editing, IWRM model animations, IWRM model set-up, data folder handling and error handling have been improved. New function has been added for correcting inaccurate Digital Elevation Maps with river map data as well as removing automatically weather stations that are not used by the model.
